Returns & Cancellations Policy
We know you will love our hand-crafted collection of wood decor and home goods, and we also understand if you need to make a return.
Decor and home goods must be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days, in brand new condition, with proof of purchase(the receipt that was e-mailed to you). Returning an item is at your own risk and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable except in the case of goods which are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Items ordered may only be canceled before they go into production, generally 24 hours. Please reach out to us right away if you need to cancel within this time frame.
Please note that final sale and clearance items are final sale. Custom items are exempt from return or exchange.
If an item was damaged by the shipping company during transit, please include photos of the packaging and the product.
